Don't Be Sad
Don't be sad, I'm well on my way      
to a better place, to a brighter day,     
Where the sun is shining all the time     
And His glory fills this soul of mine.     
            
I'm sorry to go and leave you behind,     
But you can come too, if this path you should find.     
The way is no secret, it's easy to see -     
I love Jesus because Jesus loves me.     
            
My life was not perfect, I know very well     
The failure and sin that could take me to hell.     
My joy is in Jesus, He's made me complete,     
And now in his presence He'll give me a seat.     
            
At last I can see him as he really is.     
I can see his smile, that tells me I'm his.     
I can feel his love and his warm embrace.     
For now I see Jesus, face to face.
